Charming, air-conditioned family home of 120 m² in a quiet area of Biscarrosse Bourg, accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for a weekend, a week, or longer with family or friends.

The house is a 4-minute bike ride from the town center, perfect for shopping at the market, enjoying a coffee on a terrace, or exploring our beautiful cycle paths leading to the lake and the beach.

The house comprises an entrance hall, a living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a foosball table. There is a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Three bedrooms, each with two king-size beds (one of which can be converted into two single beds) and one double bed. A shower room with toilet and a separate toilet for added convenience. Outside, there is a large garden with a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals. Parking is also available on the property. A sunny holiday awaits!
