"If you come on a Wednesday, be careful: the hotel and restaurant are closed and the number on the notice at the door doesn’t work. I was on a cycling tour and had already called the number on the confirmation (which does work) to say I would be arriving at 8.30. Ringing back on arrival I got step by step instructions how to get in and find the room, all in my school German. The restaurant was in the evening shut so no food. "Over €100/night for a very basic room with window straight onto a busy road is too much. A very noisy family group let the children play outside their room in a tiled hallway which was not conducive to restful sleep. Disappointed that the buns at breakfast were warmed in the oven rather than fresh. The Latte Macchiato this morning was made with sour milk which is an acquired taste, though not mine."
