We arrived six hours before check-in and were still accommodated. The team stored our luggage, allowed us to use the facilities, and even shuttled us to the Bay Gardens Resort to enjoy the amenities there as well. Breakfast was excellent with great options and a different menu each day. The care shown when our 4-year-old had a minor injury was truly appreciated, the staff were attentive, compassionate, and followed up immediately on our return. A wonderful, stress-free stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend."
