"We stayed here two nights prior to going back to the US. The hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was we needed a family room and the one we got was through a service door. The room was large and bedroom was comfortable, but there was no heat in the bathroom.
The room was also supposed to also be handicapped accessible, but there was a bathtub you needed to step in to shower. So if you have any type of knee problems or short it’s a challenge getting in and out.
The restaurant at the hotel was very good!
Excellent location to catch the bus to Heathrow to catch a train into London. "
