"No parking available at hotel. Every parking space was filled outside hotel. Only able to stay 1 of 3 nights, and checked out early. Hotel said that they would contact Expedia so that I could get a refund for the 2 days not used, but haven't heard anything yet."

"Our room was in the historic section. The staff was amazing! The most friendly, helpful people I have ever encountered. The kind woman at the front desk went so far as to call her daughter for a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant for me! Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient. The courtyard is delightful. Spring cleanup has been delayed by recent cold weather. Chairs and tables invite guests to pause and enjoy the tumbling water in the fountain and the warm sunshine. The Spanish Park and the Carnival Museum are just down the street."

Clean well furnished attractive in GREAT location near downtown attractions and easy access to interstate s.Cons: floors were uneven; no door in rear bath; could have used better lighting ie lamps.Best for adults although the 9 year old with us gave it 4 stars."

"This was the perfect location. Close enough to walk to the historic downtown but far enough from the noise and traffic. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful to walk through for a night stroll and it was nice to have parking right behind the house. This was a cute historic house and loved that there was a washer and dryer to use. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "
