Breakfast and staff were great! The building definitely needs to be better maintained, updated and deep cleaned. Did not let the kids in the kiddie pool due to mystery loose, black flakes (?) at the bottom. Besides the cleanliness, we enjoyed our short stay.

The building was very well kept up, the rooms were very nice and clean had all the things that a person would need for a stay. I have stayed there twice and each time have had to change rooms due to not working air conditioner, kind of annoying but they resolved the issue very quickly and without hesitation.

The room was clean! The breakfast and the bar were great. The staff was friendly. The entrance was dirty. The hallways are dingy. The elevator had peeled tape remains all over the walls. There is chipped and peeling paint everywhere. We almost left when checking in but decided to see how the room was. If it wouldn't have been clean we were ready to leave, but the room was acceptable.

Convenient for the area we needed to be in for a sports tournament. This property definitely needs some repairs and updates. The pool is needing some repairs as well. We wouldnt probably stay here again we would look elsewhere.

Actually, not too bad. I went into the situation thinking I had maybe made a serious mistake, but the room was OK and I appreciated the fact that there was a lounge on the property and a casino too if that’s important to you. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were too small. I ended up in an ADA king room with a weird shower that I didn’t like much. it’s a large older facility that is either a fixer-upper or a tearer downer. I’m not sure but the bed was comfortable and I’d say you get pretty good value for the dollar spent. In other words, you get what you pay for.

This hotel is kind of great but also kind of disgusting at the same time. The big water slide is pretty incredible and much faster than you’d think. Staff is always friendly and hospitable but everything in the hotel needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. Was a little nervous to sleep in the bed.

Stay was mediocre. We checked in and they ended up over booking. We booked a double queen and ended up with a suite with a queen bed and a hida bed and a jetted tub. The suite was a plus, but the downfall was the pul our bed. The bed was stained and the mattress was horrible. Our kids ages 9 & 12 hardly were able to sleep on it without falling thru. Had to go downstairs to get bedding and the front desk staff were sitting down eating and made it seem that it was a huge inconvenience for them to go to the laundry room to get bedding. The bat and loungee staff is always friendly and on top of things. This is the only part that keeps us coming back.

The staff and customer service was excellent. They were so accommodating to our family out of town. They helped to upgrade my sister-in-law‘s room when we needed an extra bed. Highly recommended! Staff at the bar was phenomenal.
