I was ironing a new shirt and the ironing board had a piece of metal sticking out, which I didn’t see, as I was ironing, the metal made a hole in my shirt. I was not happy at all. The inside bathroom door was very old. That door needs to be replaced. The breakfast are needs ew furniture, which I saw a sign later that new furniture was coming in. Other than that it was pretty clean.

The hotel was clean and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Delores cleaned up the breakfast area and when we first got there she made sure we had plenty to eat and showed us the items available. She was kind and did an exceptional job.

Room was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Die swimming pool was a bonus for us and the kids. The baby slide and play area was not working and the parking lot was in a terrible state with snow, slush and oil.
