Unterkunft war sehr ruhig. Großes Wohn- Esszimmer. Großes Bad mit Sauna. WC war separat und die Tür ging nach außen auf. Weite Strecken zu laufen auf dem großen Gelände. Ca. 2 km Fußweg vom Parkplatz zum Appartement. Ca. 1 km Fußweg zum Market Dome.

Check in fehlende Infos dadurch schief gelaufen. Hotel überbucht . Andere Kategorie erhalten. Ferienhaus dreckig.Musste selbst nachgereinigt werden. Müll überall in der Anlage. Aktivitäten, Restaurants in Anlage super aber teuer. Es ist leider nicht mehr was es mal war.

Ich war beruflich unterwegs nach Hamburg. Das Hotel ist mitten im CenterPark. Da ich erst um 19:30 ankam, wurde ich am Parkeingang (=Schranke) eingecheckt. Ich bekam nur einen Ausdruck von der Rolle, dass ich bezahlt hatte. Und damit begann die Odysee. Da ich über Hotels.com (=Expedia) gebucht hatte, habe ich natürlich keinen Buchungscode vom Centerpark erhalten. Einer ordentlichen Rechnung laufe ich über 10 Tage hinterher. Zudem werden Rechnungen nicht auf Firmennamen ausgestellt, was dieses Hotel ganz klar unmögklich für Geschäftsreisen macht. Ich habe zwar eine Rechnung erhalten, das Frühstück ist aber nicht extra ausgewiesen und einen Firmennamen schreiben sie eh nie drauf, was schon wieder ein Problem darstellt. Wenn ein holländisches Unternehmen hier tätig ist, hat es sich gefälligst an deutsche Regelungen zu halten oder vor der Buchung anzugeben, dass es solche Rechnungen nicht ausstellt.

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Preisleistug eher schwach. Frühstück 0815, keine frischen Früchte, Spiegeleier vertrocknet. Obwohl schon alles parat war im Frühstücksraum, durften wir nicht mal einen Kaffee nehmen am Abreisetag, da erst 7.30 Uhr war.

Rigtig fint hotel i tilknytning til CenterParcs ressortet. Tæt på det centrale område, men stille og rolig beliggenhed. Fremragende morgenmad i pæne omgivelser, med mulighed for idendørs seating. Værelse renoveret og i fin stand med pænt badeværelse, kaffe/the faciliteter, køleskab og lænestole samt altan med blik mod grønt område.

Nicht für spontane Kurzaufenthalte zu empfehlen

Ich war der ungeöhnliche Fall eines Wanderreisenden, also zu Fuss unterwegs. Dafür ist der Center Parc offenbar nicht gemacht! Dennoch hat sich das Personal sehr bemüht, meine spontane Buchung so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Zimmer war ok, nur völlig überteuert.

Das Hotel im Park ist renoviert und wirklich sehr scjön und komfortable. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit ek em Balkon ausgestattet. Das Frühstückbuffet ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.

In ihrer Mail stand das der Check In ab 15 Uhr erfolgen kann. War aber erst um 16 Uhr möglich. Bei der Abreise war um 10:00 die Hoteltür zu. Man musste im regen ohne Jacke vom Hotel zum Market Dome (gute 10 min hin und zurück). Bei einer so strikten Regel erwarte in ein Infoblatt oder ähnliches im Zimmer, dass mich daruaf hinweist.

Das Hotel war wirklich spitze, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und die Entfernung zum Aqua Dome war nur 5min Fußweg.
