"It was absolutely an amazing experience. The beautiful country house surrounded by nature. Austin (the dog), chickens and the cats were very friendly and very smart :) The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay. "Seemed quite a few units to stay in on the site. We were in (we think) the main garden unit.
Condition was ok, looked like they were renovating the unit up. Not many lights working in the kitchen living area so was a little dark
You can't really self cater as there is no crockery or pots pans cutlery etc. everything is provided by the host - unless they are slowly getting round to sorting this out.
In the middle of nowhere so nice and quiet
The outside space is lovely

"The most beautiful location, the building and the welcome was perfect. My kids and dog loved being in the freedom of the countryside. We didn’t have to travel too far for an evening meal. The chateau has such wonderful charm and was clean and extremely comfortable. I had such a good night sleep. My kids slept really well too. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional! "I always come back because I know what I’m getting. it is a quiet location and a quiet hotel. However, I always prefer being away from elevators, and this time I was right opposite. Let means that there’s traffic and that people tend to sometimes forget that they can be overheard later at night. But otherwise, a good stay as usual. "
