"The staff were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and quite large (got family room). We were a bit hot night as the ac didn’t appear to work or work well. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc in walking distance and the area was safe. I would personally skip dinner at the hotel restaurant (which I don’t think was really part of the hotel). The ambiance was good and the staff friendly. However, the food was not very good, very small portions and took forever to arrive. We did not complain, finished our meal, paid the bill, and went to get pizza afterwards which was awesome."

"Nice breakfast buffet, especially if you like pastry. Room was clean except for dust on the floor. There was an unpleasantly strong fragrance in the room. And there was no airport shuttle even though I had contacted the hotel before booking to make sure there was one."

"The hotel was clean and the restaurant was far better food than we expected for a hotel. Staff wasn't understanding of our need to find tourist shopping and sent us downtown. Bari is a large city and traffic, parking and overall Italy experience were not great because it is a large city. Great place to stay for our last night in Italy, and near the airport with a shuttle service that was fabulous. Pool and hot tub were great. all in all a nice experience."
