"Room was great, shower wasnt sparkling clean but clean. Beds great! Front desk customer service was good. Breakfast was cold yet we had to ask for fresh food and it still was cold."

"It was so dirty and smelled stains in carpet towels had stains everything was bad even the bed blankets pillows. Will never stay here again."

"The staff is amazing very accommodating! Our first room smelled badly! The front desk told me it was because the first floor is where they put people with animals. And they didn’t have any other rooms with 2 beds so they had to put us there because that’s what we booked. But was able to switch us to a suite with a pull out bed and a queen bed. This room was very clean. Just outdated. "

"Great stay, as usual at a Hampton, in Roswell. The hotel and grounds were clean and well kept. Only issue was that most encounters with the staff could have been more welcoming and helpful; and my wife waited over 10 minutes at the desk just to checkout - and that was at checkout time. Perhaps the hotel could have a backup in place during those busy morning hours."
