Very clean and well maintained hotel; simple room but very big ones. Best restaurant in the city of Bizerte : Le Pilau located inside hotel. Delicious. Just please clean the outdoor access to beach (wood trail would be nice)

2 days nice stay in a nice hotel, so close to beach and ocean. They did though give us a room without balcony or terrace, even though it was stated in the reservation/booking 😔

One night in Bizerte

The hotel is 20' walk from the center of Bizerte. It is located in front of the beach. Very beautiful swimming pool and room very spacious. We had some problems with the magnet key of the room and I had to go back to the reception 2 times to have it functioning.

Nice hotel for the area but not a 4*

The hotel was fine for our overnight stay. The pool area and the beach access is great. The room area feels outdated. The carpet is old and dirty and needs maintenance. Although renovated and spacious, the room was missing warmth and brightness and the sheets were not soft. The bathroom is also spacious but missing some counter space around the sink. Breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel was so nice, just a few steps away from the beach. First, the check-in process was good, lobby is clean next to the dining area. A nice boutique shop is available for unique items. The room was so nice next to the pool with jacuzzy tub, shower, dining table, large sofa and 2 TVs. The bed was comfortable, I loved the patio with sliding glass door that leads to the pool. The ambiance is party-family. The pool had nice party music for all to enjoy. Lots of dining options. The food at all 3 establishments were excellent. I will be visiting again next opportunity I get to be in tunisia.

This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. I asked for a different room, however the staff changed the cover so the bed turned to a double bed where we did not feel the line in the middle. This service was a star plus in my opinion. The room was very clean, had a nice fridge to put your own drinks and food which was greatly appreciated. There was a large closet space with a safe. They have 2 restaurants that have drinks that are delicious. The beach is just a small 5 minute walk at best where there are chairs/small tables to use for hotel guests. The pool was so big and the water super clear and clean. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Bad experience

The worst of the Hotel was the Restaurant “Le Pilau” It looks like high end but the quality of the food was bad, a lot of the dishes and drinks from the menu were not available. That night there was live music and it was so loud I couldn't talk to my wife. Since we were the only guests, we asked the manager to turn the music down, but to no avail. I think the staff had a lot of fun with the loud music.

The staff could have been friendlier at the check in. Room very clean Swimming pool really cool and nice atmosphere around the hotel especially in the evening. Not enough chairs on the beach and they don’t bring them early and they get collected very early. Breakfast staff friendly , but not attentif at all. Too many staff around but they don’t engage with customers. Not even asking how is the breakfast , anything special we would like or trying to built the relationships with the guests. The made have left my room 315 tap open once we came back to hotel we found the room full of water, we called the reception but it took them more then 30min to come.
