Beautiful timber house "Anna", 90 m a.s.l., built in 1998. 2.5 km from the centre of Eikelandsosen, 55 km from the centre of Norheimsund, 55 km from the centre of Bergen, 175 m from the lake, 3.5 km from the beach, 2.5 km from the fijord, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property. Volleyball court. Private: barbecue. Rowing boat (on request Local agreement), parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop "Heimstad" 300 m, railway station "Bergen" 55 km, ferry "Bergen" 55 km, park "Eikelandsfjord" 3.5 km. Cross country ski track 6 km, fishing possibilities 800 m. rowing boar for shared use.
"Anna", 4-room house 80 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults + 1 child. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, CD-player and DVD. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 3 bunk beds (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC, hydro massage bath, Sauna. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2 partly roofed. Urlaub in einem traumhaften Land

Das Ferienhaus "Anna" liegt sehr abgeschieden und man kann die absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit genießen. Leider mussten wir nach Ankunft feststellen, dass es dort nicht besonders sauber war und wir erst selbst ein paar Reinigungsarbeiten vornehmen mussten, dieses habe wir dann mir der Endreinigung verrechnet. Die Matrazen waren auch sehr veraltet. Insgesamt muss man sagen, das dem Haus ein bisschen Liebe gefehlt. Sonst war es dort wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Tolle Gegend und Land.

Es folgt ein Aufzählung der fe...

Es folgt ein Aufzählung der festgestellten Mängel. Erwähnen möchten wir an der Stelle, dass wir aufgrund einer Verwechslung zunächst in eine andere Hütte (Elisabeth) einquartiert wurden. Statt einer Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten wurden uns der Stromverbrauch berechnet. Der Vermieter ist am Geld und nicht an seinen Gästen interessiert. Die Hütte liegt oberhalb einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße, die man zum See hin auch überqueren muss. Die Betten sind schmutzig und durchgelegen. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren nicht sauber. Die Fernbedienung vom DVD Player funktioniert nicht. Die Radios funktionieren nicht. Der Geschirrspüler steht auf 3 Beinen. Der Herd ist schmutzig. Die Waschmaschine bleibt mitten im Programm einfach stehen. Der Couchbezug ist eingerissen. Der Whirlpool ist aufgrund der hygienischen Bedingung nicht nutzbar. Die Fenster sind verschmiert und dreckig. Reisetipps: Die nächste Touristeninfo ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt. In der Hütte fand sich kein Infomaterial zu Unternehmungen, die in der Nähe (weniger als 1 h Fahrtzeit) möglich sind. Wir haben 2 Wanderwege im Vorbeifahren gefunden. Einer davon ist Richtung Bergen, gleich hinter dem 1. Tunnel ausgeschildert. Der andere liegt etwa 20 min Fahrtzeit in der entgegengesetzten Richtung.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Z...

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus Anna.Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Über die oftmals erwähnte Unsauberkeit im Ferienhaus, haben wir hinweggesehen, wir sind da nicht so pingelig. Das Haus lässt Kleine Wünsche offen, Kamin, Sauna, Whirlpool... einfach traumhaft. Genug Infomaterial ist auch da. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist sagenhaft. Wirkommen gern wieder. Reisetipps: Der Rundweg um den Fidjadalenvatnet ist abenteuerlich. Mit der Seilbahn in Bergen auf den Ulriken odereinfach die tolle Natur in der Umgebung erkunden, oder au dem schönen See am Haus schippern. Genießt die Natur und die Ruhe und die Wasserfälle und die Heidelbeeren und das Jedermannsrecht

Gezellig huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Sauna, bubbelbad en een flatscreen ipv die oude TV op de foto. Reistips: Veel mooie wandelingen direct in de omgeving.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind alt. Eigene mitbringen ist empfehlenswert. Betten haben die beste Zeit hinter sich und auch die Küche bedarf einer kleineren Sanierung/Reparaturen. Hörbar ist die nahe Straße. Sonst perfekt um abzuschalten Reisetipps: Bei kurzer Reisezeit vorher informieren, ansonsten gibt es vor Ort viel zu entdecken.

Man sollte vor Ankunft drauf b...

Man sollte vor Ankunft drauf bestehen, dass eine Grundreinigung erfolgen soll. Bei uns war das leider nicht der Fall. Wer pingelig ist, wird seine Probleme mit der Unterkunft haben. Inet, Strom und Feuerholz kosten extra. Groesse und Lage der Huete sind klasse. Der Vermieter spricht kein deutsch und nur etwas englisch, ist aber hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reisetipps: Weite Wege zu allen interessanten Punkten muss man einkalkulieren. Trolltunga ist atemberaubend.... Aber Achtung, der Parkplatz dort kostet 500 Kronen.
