A River Runs Through It
10/10 Excellent
"The property was in great condition, very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. It rained a good part of our stay, so mostly stayed on site. But the covered gazebo was perfect for reading and lounging, and as an avid bird watcher I enjoyed walking around the property, as there are so many birds in the trees! It is close to plenty of state parks, and Dave provided a good list of things to do. Very close to a general store in Finland if you are short on supplies. The creek running through was gorgeous, and definitely is impressive in person. Would absolutely stay again!"
"No surprises - exactly as described and views in pictures, well stocked, clean; Plenty of room to spread out, 3 br/3ba, 2 decks; Onsite amenities walking distance - 2 pools, 2 saunas, 1 jacuzzi/hot tub, 2 fire pits, and lodge with bar/ restaurant. "

200’ of your own private accessible Lake Superior Shore: Stony Shores Retreat
10/10 Excellent
"Had an amazing stay at this property with my family. A perfect location on the North Shore. The house has an open floor plan which was amazing and it had such a great view of Superior. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making our own meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. Spent a lot of time on the beach relaxing and agate hunting. Overall it was a great experience. "
