Here is a family-friendly oasis that has it all – incredibly well-equipped kitchen, wrap-around deck w/plentiful seating, fast Wi-Fi, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, large game room and loads of entertainment for the kids. All this, plus proximity to winter sports, attentive nearby hosts, and a no-checkout chores policy.

Peak to Peak Retreat consists of the 2,000-sq-ft upper level of a two-story lodge on1.25 wooded acres. Your space is completely private and exclusively yours with separate entrance and no shared spaces or interaction with ground-level inhabitants. You’ll love a living space that’s all on one level!

PLEASE NOTE that there is a small ground floor unit with separate side entrance that out of town friends occasionally use.

Upon arrival, head up a short flight of stairs to the wraparound deck and conveniently gain access to Peak to Peak Retreat via keyless entry. You’ll step into the welcoming entry and make your way to the open-concept living space, where the great room, dining area, and kitchen come together. Here, you’ll find a spacious haven for relaxing on the comfy oversized sectional sofa, conversing, warming yourself by the fireplace – with host-supplied firewood – working puzzles and playing games, or gazing at the lovely view through oversize windows. Catch the game and your favorite shows on the 46” smart TV with host-provided streaming channels. Peruse books by local authors or learn more about Colorado attractions in the guidebooks provided.

Experience endless fun in our NEW game room featuring Pac-Man, ping pong, foosball, darts, family games, and a VCR with a collection of classic VHS tapes. Perfect for unforgettable moments with family and friends.

You’ll love the over-the-top level of kitchen equipment and supplies as you prep and cook meals. A chef-preferred gas stove awaits you, along with microwave, huge fridge, and dishwasher. A compact island provides extra prep space, as well as two barstools – a spot to sip your morning beverage, grab a quick snack, or serve as overflow seating at mealtime.

You’ll be amazed at the array of small kitchen appliances, including indoor s'mores maker, Instapot, Cuisinart food processor, toaster, waffle maker, Kitchen-aid stand mixer, air fryer, wok, cappuccino maker, George Foreman grill, French press, and hand mixer. You’ll also find supplies for sun tea, an assortment of herbs and spices, a pantry loaded with essentials (not to mention puzzles and games), and all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, and utensils you could possibly need to whip up and serve gourmet meals. Dress up meal service with local pottery pieces and dish sets, placemats, napkins, table runners, wine glasses, beer mugs, margarita glasses, Moscow mule copper mugs, and bar supplies.

For remote work needs or keeping up with email and social media, you’ll find a desk built into the kitchen – supported by super-fast Starlink Internet.

Dine at the table for eight and take in the magnificent view. Or, in warmer months, dine al fresco on the wraparound deck at the table for eight. Cook on the large 6-burner Weber gas grill and even make pancakes on its pancake griddle.

While you’re outdoors, you’ll find plenty of seating on the deck. You’ll also love warming up in the 6-person hot tub after a day of winter sports – or just letting the soothing jets and bubbles melt your cares away. No harsh chemicals like chlorine and bromine are used to treat the hot tub; it’s cleaned with a natural enzyme process. Discover a handy rack for skis and snowboards – near the driveway for convenient loading and unloading.

After a full day on the slopes or the trails ¬– or just hanging out enjoying all the fun Peak to Peak Retreat has to offer, seek out a refreshing night of slumber in your choice of three spacious bedrooms, all of which are furnished with Tempur-Pedic or Helix mattresses, down comforters and pillows (down alternative also available if requested) upscale linens, storage, and fans in closets.

The Master Retreat has it all in both style and comfort – from lovely décor featuring Rosewood headboard, artwork, a colorful area rug to greet the feet on chilly mornings, to a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king mattress with feather topper, sumptuous designer bed linens (down pillows and comforter), an overstuffed leather armchair for relaxing or reading, and an ensuite bathroom. For those who enjoy the scent of lavender on their way to dreamland, a diffuser with lavender oil is available. Or lull yourself to sleep watching the 56”
ROKU TV.

You’ll love the unique vanity with chair in the ensuite that facilitates getting ready for the day, as well as the bench in the large walk-in shower, supplied with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and blow dryer. Discover plentiful storage in the walk-in closet, where you’ll also find two terry bathrobes, extra pillows, down pillows, comforter, and towel warmer.

Three can bed down in the fun Canopy bedroom with canopied log queen bed and a log twin bed, both with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. You’ll find artwork, shared bedside table with lamp, a spacious closet, lodge-themed linens, and windows affording wonderful views. A hidden delight here is the oversized Jacuzzi tub/shower combo in the ensuite bathroom, with blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided.

Discover more places to – literally – bunk down in the charming bunk room, featuring a hand-carved queen bedframe with Tempur-Pedic mattress and a twin-on-full bunkbed with Helix mattresses. You’ll find closet storage, seating, and several kid-friendly touches, as well. You can also access the deck from this room.

The large and well-equipped laundry room may just blow your mind with all the convenience it offers – washer, dryer, laundry sink, fragrance-free laundry soap, unscented laundry-detergent pods, dryer sheets, stain remover, laundry basket, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and tons of storage. Just outside it the hot-tub area. Here, you’ll find extra equipment, such as backpacks for hiking, coolers, a croquet set, and more. Also available are yoga mats, croquet set, 6 pairs of snowshoes (available upon request), snow sleds, miscellaneous backpacks, and water bottles for hiking, and more! Kayaks and paddles available by request for a minimal transportation fee

Your safety matters to us. We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing out. It records video and audio and is on 24/7.

WIFI: This house is in the mountains. Wi-Fi can be affected by the wind and snow. Intermittent service at times is beyond our control as these mountains have a mind of their own!

Mountain terrain can be rocky, icy, and slippery.
