"Tracy, James, and the rest of the staff were helpful, friendly, and personable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Good selection of Scotch in the bar. We stayed on the ground floor. Some of the switches in the bedroom were wonky. Otherwise, we enjoyed a clean spacious room. Parking was always available even when they hosted parties."

"I loved this place. It was the best from our trip! Our room was huge and very beautiful. I enjoyed my fancy bath tub. The food was great as well. We will definitely visit again if we go back."

"EXCELLENT!! This was a clean hotel with an elevator and a super friendly staff. The location was great for our needs: short walk to both the train and bus stations, and also to our tour start on Union Street. There were several pubs and restaurants within a few blocks. Keep in mind several required reservations, which made it a little difficult, but Black Swan Isle was our answer! We felt safe walking in the area. Overall, a great experience in Inverness!"

"We were here on vacation. The location was great, right by the river. The restaurant was good (they seem to dry-age their beef themselves). Staff very helpful, facility very clean. Only drawback, no elevator (which was only an issue with luggage, but staff offered to carry bags up for us). We'd happily come back."
