"The host is very responsive. The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to use. Very good set up for multiple families vacationing together!"

"Clean quiet. Encouraged me to take my bicycle right into my room. It would have been nice if there were some instructions for the shower. I’ve never had one that required pulling before twisting. I almost called the office."

"We stayed in king size room first floor. The room & bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We didn’t use microwave or fridge, there was no hair dryer in room. Water pressure and hot water in shower was amazing. Breakfast was adequate and staff was helpful. Would stay again if in area. I liked we could parked right outside room."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed & more. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. We made lots of fun memories sitting out on the front porch. We walked downtown a couple times to have a meal. The house is in a great location. We drove to walk the Mackinac Bridge & it was very convenient. Thanks for everything! We had a wonderful time!"
Peaceful Cabin with Boat Dock along the Black River

"The cabin was a great location for all the daytime activities we had planned and unplanned. Communication with the host was no problem. It is pet friendly and a perfect place to stay with your dog. It would have been nice to have had Wi-Fi inside the cabin, although it did work on the porch. Cleanliness was adequate although there is a musty smell in the cabin. Overall, I think the cabin meets most of the items as described in the description."
