Peaceful

This place was so relaxing and the views phenomenal. We had everything we needed for cooking and Linens. And the host Gene upstairs is so nice, but also respects privacy. I feel as though we gained a friend in him. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area. You absolutely will not regret the decision.

Disappointing Accommodations

The view is the best part, up 3000 feet. There were many problems with this unit, including a questionable "2nd bedroom" which was almost unfurnished---only asmall single bed and a mattress on the floor. No place to put anything, no closet to hang clothes, no lamps, side table, DUSTY and no window. To use the bathroom, I had to go through the master bedroom where the shower was questionable and the shower floor dangerously slippery.Though the owner is a dear man, the unit was a big disappointment for the price.Steep stairs going down to the unit and a large living room pretty bare, withlittle furniture. The kitchen needed many things to make it truly functional, includinglids for pans (!) Overall, despite being told that "everyone loves" this unit, I would notrecommend it as is.
