Mediate Family Vacation

House is beautiful and has everything we needed. Loved the room with the pool table & more. Loved the fact of no close neighbors felt secluded. We did not use the jacuzzi but that was ok. Not far from Ashville so location was not bad to get around. We had a great time and memories are priceless.

Nice place

The house was spacious and very clean. The owner and I communicated well before and during the stay. Location is a good for things in Black Mountain but a little far from other things due to the geography of the mountains. A few small concerns kept me from A 5 rating. First, some of the amenities shown online were not operable. The NBA Jams arcade console and the dart board were not playable. This was an issue for my three kids. They also require you to bring your own toilet paper per the guest manual in the living room. I’ve never seen that at any home rental. Thankfully there was some in the place, presumably from prior guests. There were a few other items that I view as standard in home rentals that were missing here.
