"Excellent location! We visited with a large group of friends/family and everyone had a great time. The pool was nice and warm and there was plenty to do in the house and around the area. We were initially a little scared because the documents seemed more strict than other places that we've been to, but we had no issues at all. There are some contradictions between the documents, but fortunately, it always deferred to the more positive one whenever we reached out for clarification.We would definitely come back to this house again. Anybody who goes here is guaranteed to have a great trip!"

"The room was clean (but a bit dated), and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. It was perfect to stay w/ my mother and teen-aged son. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and conveniently supplied with the essentials. We would stay there again!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much, the cabin is set up well for multiple people and we appreciated the proximity to a wedding venue 1 mile away. Beds were comfy too and a great view. Our only disappointment was the lack of air conditioning which we didn’t realize, plenty of fans but it was unseasonably warm; note, air conditioning was not advertised so it was our responsibility to have known about it."

"Incredible experience in Bethel! The homes were immaculate, well stocked, and views were so lovely. It was the perfect spot for our gathering of friends. As a host, Jeana was responsive to our needs and we had all the information we needed well ahead of time. 10/10 and would love to return someday!"

"Beds were comfortable, game room was great as well as the hot tub. Kitchen could be cleaner but amenities adequate. Location offered fun for several in our group. Driveway could use some maintenance. Cleanliness of the garage wasn’t as good as it could’ve been!Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property."

"We are a family of 18, ranging in age from 85-12. On a scale of 1-10, the 16 people under 80 would rate it an 11, the best house we'd ever rented. There was so much to do that our week sped by. The house was roomy. Beds were comfortable. Game room and theater were special, as were the pool, hot tub and fire pit. We all appreciated the number of bathrooms, the two ovens in the kitchen, the basement refrigerator and oven, and the privacy that the surrounding woods provided. However, the seniors found the lack of handrails to go down to the basement level and to the pool a major impediment. One of us was pretty much confined to the main floor and the porch, where there were comfortable rocking chairs. A suggestion for VRBO is that listings include whether or not there are accommodations for those with physical limitations."
