You can see the focus on continuous improvement here. * Little things like recently moving vending machines and trash bins closer to the front desk to be more convenient and practical for guests. * Smiles and engagement from staff - custodians, restaurant, lobby, management, etc. * Very approachable staff. Very accommodating. Excellent communications. * Went the extra mile to ensure my family and I were very well treated and that we have a fantastic experience. Even paid attention to a minor note in a prior email that it was our son's 19th birthday and added a special touch. Very classy! The management and staff at the Old Orchard Inn truly care about their guests' experience, and this was on full display especially at our last stay. Can't thank James Clouthier and Mark Lowe enough. Very quiet considering being near CFB Greenwood with its airport. We had a good nights rest. Would stay here again. Had trouble seeing the Signage upon arrival."
