Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. "Mom Tri's Villa Royale is indeed a hidden gem. The breakfast is incredible, very versatile. The room was big and beautiful with a view of the bay. The best thing in this hotel is the staff. We felt very special every day - great vacation and will come again! The hotel is not in a busy, happening spot of Phuket but the hotel arranges for transportation and outings. The hotel is right over the water and you can hear the waves."
