"This was the best experience we have ever had with a VRBO home. The home is beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. Jon is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. This was a family vacation for 5 adults, 2 small children and our dog. The home was more than set up for our needs. We enjoyed Black Sand Beach, which is only a short walk from the house, as well as several other beaches that were a short drive away. Our 3 year old grandson was entranced by the seals who hung out on the rocks and danced in the waves. We cooked most of our meals in the wonderful kitchen but also enjoyed several of the restaurants in Shelter Cove (shout out to Gyppo Ale Mill).Special thanks to Jon and Jacque who helped us out when our car unexpectedly had a dead battery. They were able to help us quickly and make what could have been a very unpleasant situation into a small bump in the road. We highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to explore the beautiful Lost Coast area."
