"We really enjoyed the location, a clean dog friendly home where my family and new granddtr and grandson (3) could visit and hang out together for Christmas holiday. We were going to do a polar bear challenge in the pool, but poor weather and circumstances prevented. Host was great to provide a Christmas tree especially for us. The rooms and bed setup worked great for my group."

"I enjoyed our stay, Harry was very welcoming and was very attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and humble. Loved the decorations of the 1950 and the amenities. He even had a Atari game in the room! Come here and rest your head highly recommend. "

"The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had great amenities. The neighborhood and surrounding area is beautiful. We loved taking walks everyday. The surrounding area has great restaurants, breweries and grocery stores nearby. The property is very close to downtown Riverside and the University, and being located up on the hill you have amazing views. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating of anything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again. "

"The owner was very good at communicating and was quite responsive to questions and concerns. The home itself was amazing and we were able to relax by the pool when possible. The outdoor grill area was a huge bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only real drawbacks were the home lacked some typical things that when traveling were a bit challenging, like a simple coffee maker. As well, there wasn’t a folder with info and instructions that often we found helpful when staying at other homes (even local info like good pizza places or grocery stores etc).Overall though, a beautiful home and a great owner more than made up for any small issues. Recommended!"
