"They did not honor the price and the staff was only interested in leaving. I was told it was only a couple dollars. It was hard to fine the property. I booked under Days Inn, but signage had changed to Prairie Crest. I had no cell service to make contact and went to a local business to get help."

"Upon check in I was told that the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to a maintenance issue. I asked if this would be reflected in the room rate. Without so much as checking the rate I had booked the room at the front desk attendant said the room was already listed at its lowest rate. Regardless of what the lowest rate is, if an advertised amenity is unavailable, there should be some form of response other than a condescending prefabricated line. The staff at this location is doing a disservice to the Hilton brand and are in need of corporate retraining."

"Rooms were clean and crisp. Comfortable beds, good amenities within the room and great wifi! Staff were awesome and got me checked in very quickly. Exactly what I needed!"

"Hot tub was murky. Area around pool was dirty. Storage and mess behind tables in group seating area by pool. Tables dirty. When we offered to clean the area we were given a dirty cloth to clean it. Then power went out in our room when we were getting ready to leave. Could not call front desk when power went out in room because phone did not work. Could not finish getting ready. Told front desk at checkout but they said they could not do anything for our stay because we booked with expedia. Then charged or cc more than expedia price. Not happy."
