The staff was incredibly helpful, all the amenities hot tub and sauna are a great value for money, I loved it I greatly recommend and I would definitely return"

"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. Room super cosy and heating in separate bathroom area was a surprise, loved the decor. Handy to everything in town. Thank you"
