"There was a little confusion at check in about which rooms we had been assigned, but it was resolved quickly. The restaurant was not open for dinner on the night that we stayed at Clancy’s, but it was only a few km to find a place to eat. The rooms were very quiet and everything worked well. Breakfast was included and we requested to have it at 7:30. They were not able to accommodate that, but made it for 8:00 and it was excellent. "

"Hugely spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen with full refrigerator/freezer, full oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine (no pods), iron (no board), clothes rack, lots of hangers. Only negative, kitchen is up 3 flights of nice wide stairs. Great restaurant/bar on site. Groceries within easy walking distance. Safe quiet area. Tranquil and private."

"Wish we could have stayed longer in this lovely home. We were here for three nights.Mike was very communicative, checking in with us a day or two before our arrival and again during our stay. Instructions for the house were incredibly detailed. This was very helpful, as Irish household appliances can operate quite differently than in the US.The location is quiet, just at the edge of town and off the main road. A half mile walk to the good-sized Supervalu grocery store, and a few more blocks to town center.The home is roomy and immaculate. Thick duvets on the beds and plenty of pillows. The kitchen was well equipped. We were very comfortable.Hoping to come back sometime and stay longer so we can further explore the beautiful surrounding countryside! Mike's property makes the perfect homebase."

"Room was vey clean as was the bathroom Shower very easy to use, Overall very comfortable and quiet. One very good service was the FREE water dispensers on each floor jug in room provided for filling great idea for cutting down on plastic bottles very well done Slieve Russell "

"A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. Would highly reccomend a visit to Parkes Castle followed by a boat ride on Lough Gill stopping at Dooley Park https://roseofinnisfree.com/ . The house is fantastic location to Sligo town, strandhill, rosses point, just under an hour to Knock airport, 2 hours from Galway. The house has a fully stocked shop around the corner (5 minute walk) as well as a take away chinese and kebab/pizza shop which came in handy for quick grab and go meals. Great, clean accomodation with essentials provided. Marie was a delight to communicate with, friendly and super accomodating. We needed to collect the keys a bit earlier than 3 as we were due to be at a family event - even allowing my dad to use a room to change out of his airport clothes into his snazzy suit while she was still mid cleaning the rest of the house - really appreciated that! She also provided us with a hairdryer to save on our luggage space. Great hosts - we would definitely recommend and use again if we're ever back in the west coast of Ireland. Many wonderful memories made - thank you so much! "

"We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Our room had the most comfortable king size bed of our vacation. We enjoyed being able to utilize a kitchen separate from the room. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The owner Tony, was very kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay, we hope to come back one day."
