I liked everything especially our sercers at the breakfast buffet, however the woman at the front desk at check out was less than helpful when I asked her about a location on campus she never pointed me to her complimentary map just said she "didn;t know"..very unhelpful!!

Favorite place to stay in Blacksburg. Beautiful grounds, And great service. Have never had a bad experience in my half dozen times of staying there. Love watching the hedgehogs on the back lawn in the mornings while having my coffee.
