"Unfortunately our check in process did not go well and left our family in quite a bind. We were unable to check in at the time allowed and after trying to reach the host with two phone calls, leaving a message, a text, and message through the app we had to leave the property without checking in so we would not be late for our daughters rehearsal. After contacting VRBO we were informed by them that the host was unaware the cabin had been booked but after being transferred to the host I was told she was sick and to give her 40 minutes to get it ready. Unfortunately, we had to find somewhere else to get ready for our event last minute which was very stressful and there did not seem to be much understanding on the hosts part at the time of our conversation. We were able to check in later that night after our event and the cabin is a described. The hosts husband did apologize for the inconvenience. It is clean and quiet and close the wedding venues. "
