**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
We are happy to have this cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo back available for rent. Another Jacobs Landing gem! New kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring and many more upgrades It is centrally located on property, you are a short distance from the clubhouse and a short distance from the beach. This is an upper unit that is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The lower level bedroom has a Queen size bed, on this level there is also a washer/dryer, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with wood burning firepace and a lovely deck to soak up the sun. Upstairs you will find a great space with a queen bed, 1/2 bath, desk and TV. Enjoy a great sunset, have a beach fire with hotdogs and s'mores, or simply stroll along the Bay. While here yucca also enjoy the clubhouse with indoor pool , hot tub and much more. A short walk to all Birch Bay has to offer such as C-shop, restaurants, try your had at karaoke, Waterslides and so much more. Pets are allowed with a $100.00 pet fee per pet (2 max)

Absolute 5 star stay! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation. Property was clean and very comfortable and most important LOCATION!!! Directly across the parking lot is the ocean and the main strip (shopping, restaurants, pubs). We’ll be back!!

Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!

Nice condo. Main bathroom bath could of been cleaner...a little dusty. Great kitchen. Very well stocked. TV in the master would of been nice. Upstairs TV needs to be upgraded badly. It did not work at all.
