Located in Cromberg, enjoy what this 3-bedroom, 2- bath house has to offer. This lovely property features individual AC and heating for each room, with a blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. Free WiFi, an iron, hair dryers, and a washer/ dryer set. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hike to the top of the mountain to enjoy the views or stay cozied up inside and watch TV. Very close to wedding venues: Twenty Mile House (.8 mile, 2 min drive) and Kinship Ranch (.4 mile, 1 min drive). A newly renovated home, where you can enjoy civilization and wilderness all in the same location. Verizon service is full bars. You will have to rely on Wi-Fi calling feature of your phone with other carriers. Please don’t rely on the distances stated in this listing (platform’s AI is wrong and they won’t fix it), do your own research or message me.
We are on well water with great mineral content so no need to buy bottled water. Please use mini-splits for main heat and cooling of the house. If you bring other people/pets that are not on reservation to stay with you, you will have to pay additional charges, starting at $100.
