Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return all wristbands and car tags to kitchen table, and any borrowed items to original locations.
Set main floor thermostat to 76°F and turn off others. Turn off lights. Log out of streaming apps.
Load and start the dishwasher if you used dishes. Place all used towels and sheets in the bathroom on the first floor.
Empty all trash cans into bags, and take all trash and recycling to the community bins at 117 Thornberry Ln (community office).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
