GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and property during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, the deck, fire pit area, and driveway parking.

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the shed and two locked owner’s closets—one located in the master bathroom and one on the ground level

The home is not shared with other guests. Community amenities such as lake access and common areas are available seasonally per HOA guidelines.

GUEST POLICY
• Reservation holder must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• No third-party bookings
• The person who books must be staying at the home

GUEST & VEHICLE INFORMATION
Forest Hill Hideaway is located within a private lake community. The HOA requires all guest and vehicle information to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival to issue required security access permits.

Guests must provide:

• Full names of all guests
• Vehicle information for every vehicle: make, model, year, color, state, and license plate number

This information is required by the HOA for community registration, security access, and use of community amenities.

Failure to provide the required information at least 48 hours before arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
