Abundant wildlife and stargazing in this private, secluded spot. High-speed low-latency Starlink internet, perfect for workcation. 10-minute drive to Blanchard and Spirit Lake for groceries, restaurants, etc. Stoneridge Golf Course is also available in Blanchard. Lots of nearby rivers and lakes. 45 minutes to Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint.

RULES: No smoking, vaping, fires, fireworks, or flames of any kind in the house or on the property (indoors or outdoors) due to extreme forest fire danger. No trespassing on surrounding properties, so review the maps and signage provided at the property. Drive no more than 15 mph on all roads, strictly enforced. The property has steep stairs and lots of wildlife, so children must be closely supervised. No motorized recreational vehicles are allowed. No parties allowed.
