Simple house with a private garden and pool situated in a quiet residential area only 2km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystaline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 6 people. Outdoor space with a large beautiful garden and a private pool (7 x 3m), built in barbecue where you will be able to enjoy poolside breakfasts and meals. Parking for 2 cars. 100m2 internal space with a small dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need : cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Pets are allowed on request with supplement. The washing machine is in the garage. Youth groups not accepted. This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

super emplacement dans un cartier résidentiel, nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'endroit est calme, le jardin est grand. on s'y sent bien. la maison est à 2km en voiture du centre ville de Blanes. Cependant, le nettoyage des salles de bain n'était pas top, poils et cheveux dans les douches et traces de de salissures dans les lavabos. Concernant les chambres, nous devons faire nous même les lits avec les draps qui nous sont donnés par l'agence de voyage. Pour le prix, les lits devraient être fait. et la literie n'est pas très confortable. Le fond de la piscine était vert par endroit....

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de la villa. Maison encore plus jolie que sur les photos ! Des parasols étaient à disposition également ainsi que du wifi, ce qui n’est pas mentionnée dans l’annonce. Carolina est très réactive en cas de soucis et cela est très agréable! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à la villa mas guelo 😃

Ein tolles Haus mit schön großem Garten, ideal mit Hund. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück Küche gut ausgestattet. Für große Menschen sind die Betten kurz Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch toll
