Private: property 600 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. 700 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Hospříz" 3 km, railway station "Blažejov" 2.5 km, grass beach 400 m, bathing lake "Ratmírovský rybník" 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 19 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m. Please note: baby equipment (included).
