"Old machines at the Gym"

"Great overall, parking is easy across the street in the structure. Very nice area with the mosiac district shops and restaurants. Room was excellent too, no complaints. Breakfast was continental and very basic but theres a French bakery downstairs that was good too. "

"Pool was closed, gym wasn’t how it was pictured, the snacks/food section was close to nothing, got charged almost $100 extra. We left 2 days early then planned. "

"Heat not working, rude staff had to use a space heater as they never fixed heat. Wouldn't stay here again!! Its more like a 2 star hotel or 3 star at most "

"The hotel doubles for housing homeless and is unsafe, espicially at night. It also smelled very bad from unclean carpets and when it rains, there is flooding into rooms as happened during my brief stay. The safety and smells caused me and at least three other guests to check out after one night of a three night trip. No one received refunds and Expedia could not reach the hotel to discuss a refund. Front desk refused and smirked at the situation. The hotel seems to be scamming people."
