  • Large courtyard bordering the Vaugerin stream (a protected fishing area);
    The courtyard is perfect for practising cycling or badminton.

    The outdoor patio features a garden furniture set and a BBQ.

    The entrance to the house is via the patio on the right.
    A staircase leads to a large living area with an open kitchen.
    Numerous kitchen appliances, such as an oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more, allow you to prepare or reheat delicious meals.
    A dustbin is divided into two sections for recycling your waste.

    The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms of equal size.
    Currently, two 90-cm beds are available, with linens provided.
    There is ample space for storing your own linens.
    The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a washing machine; this bathroom also provides storage for cleaning supplies.

Certains équipements ne sont pas en bon état comme le barbecue . Nous n avons pas vu de bain à remous et un peu déçu qu il faille prendre des escaliers assez pentus pour accéder de la terrasse à la cuisine/ appartement. Le reste est conforme à nos attentes : appartement joli et bien éclairé .
