The furnished terrace with a low lounge, dining table and relaxation area invites you to dine in the open air as well as to peaceful evenings under the stars.

A private parking space just in front of the house ensures simple and secure parking as soon as you arrive.

Inside, the bright living room and its generous corner sofa form a real cocoon to get together, while the fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine) allows you to cook without feeling cut off from the rest of the household.

On the night side, two cosy bedrooms offer real sleeping comfort, including a bedroom with a retro atmosphere full of character, as well as a turquoise blue bedroom full of pep, perfect for children or teenagers. A modern bathroom completes the set.

Ideally located between Chartres and Rambouillet, the house is a practical base for exploring the Beauce, visiting Chartres Cathedral, discovering the pretty town of Rambouillet, or radiating towards Paris and/or the castles of Île-de-France, while enjoying a real haven of calm on your return from your excursions. The house is also a convenient address for business trips in the Auneau area, close to industrial and agri-food sites such as Andros/Novandie, Axereal or Amazone. The calm of the place, the private parking and the comfort of the rooms make it an ideal base after a day's work.
