"Really clean rooms with great amenities, superb view and the swimming pools and Jacuzzis are amazing. You will love it and highly recommend for anyone looking for a good stay in Mammoth lakes"
"Beautiful, hot sauna, steam room and hot tub. Great Puerto Rican restaurant at the Sierra Ranch next door. Fridge in room was loud so I unplugged. Heating system didn’t seem to work."
"They need to upgrade the toilets & if they put jacuzzi tub instead of regular tub that’s gonna be awesome, they can charge few more bucks for that & need to put one or two more air conditioner for rooms, other than its excellent"
"The hotel was very old and hasn’t been updated in quite a while. Had late 90’s or early 2000’s look to it. My room did appear to be very clean. The walls to the rooms are very thin, so thin I could hear about almost half of the conversation of the couple next door. They also had a dog in their room that was whimpering when they first got there but thankfully calmed down.
When I first arrived I was surprised no one was at front desk and no bell or phone to call anyone. I waited about five minutes before a younger lady came out of the bathroom. While I understand everyone needs to go, she could have said sorry to keep you waiting or been more friendly. How about sorry to keep you waiting, Instead her first words were, do you have a reservation? She wasn’t rude, but it was clear she was either having a bad day or really doesn’t like her job. When I checked out the lady working the front desk was very nice and friendly and had more patience than me. An older guy was walking around the breakfast area and said about four times I can’t find the coffee. She went over to help him and was very nice, even with the fool standing right in front of the machine.
The breakfast was edible, I don’t think the scrambled eggs were real and were very runny. The rest of the food was pretty decent though.
Would I stay there again, definitely not. Nor would I recommend it to anyone."
"The staff was great and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel is currently being renovated so lots of equipment around the property as well as noise. However, overall, we had a nice day."
