At the foot of the building, you have private and independent access to the bicycle room and the terrace of the restaurant next door.

You are at the foot of the pedestrian streets and their shops, bars and restaurants, bakeries. Do you like fresh produce? Just a hundred metres away, 2 markets, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
If you also like to stroll or take beautiful pictures, the paths along the banks of the Loire are the ideal place, 10 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by bike!
