"We were there 3 hours early, but they made us wait 'until 3PM for check-in, EVEN THOUGH, the room was already ready. This, for $300 per night. Room was along a noisy thoroughfare. Didn't have to be. What pool? They told me they didn't have a pool---used to, but no more. NO food served. They told us the kitchen was undergoing renovation. Yeah, right. Bathroom needed moping."

"Overall stay was okay, beds were not the most comfortable I've stayed in and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Only 1 working elevator which made for a hectic, packed hallway at all times. Shocked with so many basketball tournament games on, holiday weekend and a packed bar that they would close the bar and lose out on all those extra sales. One bartender definitely did not want to be working and seemed absolutely miserable that he was even there. "

"Clean room, like new! They have Keurig type coffee makers but you should bring your own coffee pods and creamer. They only supplied us with one coffee pod and no creamer. If you’re not a coffee fan then it’s no big deal other than that the staff and hotel were excellent. We also ate at their Dockside restaurant and it was excellent."

"It’s is a very old building thus we could hear the pounding sounds of the elevators throughout the day and nights. The staff seemed surprised when I mentioned it to them and didn’t make any attempt to move us to a different room. The bed is very high for average person and there was no step stool to help with climbing up or down. We loved the location and the valet staff. I do not recommend this hotel. "
