Perfect stay - oasis

Zanney is a great and attentive host! The house is spacious, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms were comfortable and the back deck is very peaceful! Great place for 4 couples or a large family!

Family gathering for IU Graduation

Great home with plenty of space for friends & extended family and lots of parking. We celebrated our son's graduation here and even took our family grad pictures in the back yard.

IU Football

Home is away from overcrowded campus but a close enough drive and you can approach the stadium from the east and depart the stadium going east to avoid the biggest traffic jams from highway access. Location is gorgeous wooded and near lake but remote for food delivery or food pickup. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of comfortable seating for a large family gathering. We really enjoyed our stay!
