Amazing Home Near IU's Campus with INDOOR Basketball Gym & Outdoor Pool/Hot tub

UNIQUE home ONLY 3 miles from IU's campus with BRAND NEW INDOOR IU themed basketball gym (50x26ft), a weight/workout room, as well as two hangout spaces attached to gym.

This is a 5 bed 5 bath home. It features 4 large living spaces and kitchens on 2 different levels of the home. There is so much space and privacy as the bedrooms and baths are split between 3 different levels.

There is a brand new pool & hot tub in the backyard! Pool season is May 1 - Sept 30. Hot tub is year round!

Guest have access to park their vehicle in the driveway- fits up to 6 cars.

Close to College Mall, East side shopping & great dining.

Guests will receive a temporary password during your stay that will allow you to freely move in and out of the property 24 hours a day during your stay. You will not receive an actual key to the property.

Wonderful accommodations and welcoming host

We had a great time for sorority family weekend at IU East access to campus but plenty of room for our group in a lovely and very clean home. Thank you!

IU/WI Football Game

This house was fantastic and very comfortable with 4 bedrooms and baths. We stayed with 3 other families and it was perfect. The house is a great location, big and very clean.

Fantastic place!

This property was beautiful and very clean. The host had everything very organized. We were there for IU parents weekend and had an incredible stay. We will definitely stay there again for game weekends. This property is about 3 miles from campus so easy to get to. We stayed there with 2 other families.

This is a beautiful, well-kept family home that the family rents out on select weekends. Because the family has 5 kids, they have added space to make it fun for both the kids and the adults--a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, TV, and an indoor half basketball court! Plus added bedrooms, so the house can sleep 14! There were 11 of us and we had more than enough space. The kids loved the basketball court and the game room, so we pretty much didn't see them most of the time (the 18-year-olds, not the little ones lol). And while it wasn't quite ready when we were there, they will have a pool and hot tub soon. In addition to the size and amenities, everything was nice and functioned well, plus they everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals. This is their house after all, so it's equipped like one that works for a good -sized family. Anyhow, everyone thought it was a great place, a great stay, and they all want to come back next year for Family Weekend at IU! Oh, last and certainly not least, Ryan and his wife Kira were both delightful, easy to deal with, and just so on top of everything, from pre-visit planning, to written instructions for everything, to making sure all was well while we were there. Couldn't imagine hosts any nicer or more prepared than them!
