This 1 bedroom 2nd floor walk-up apartment is located blocks south of the square in downtown Bloomington. There is a fully furnished kitchen for eating-in or its only a quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quick 5 minute drive to Sample Gates and 7 minute drive to Memorial Stadium on IU Campus. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!

The apartment entry is on the front of the building and is accessed via an exterior staircase and deck.
