About this property

Bloomington Indiana Rental- 2BR/1BA Apartment on ground floor of duplex

  • This is a beautiful and newly remodeled 2-BDRM on the ground floor of a stacked duplex (the upper level is a completely separate unit). Cozy fireplace, reclining sectional, 70" smart TV, free parking and wifi, fenced yard, fire pit, private entrance, deck and furniture. Handicap accessible through the garage.

    If you would like to rent the entire house for a larger group with 5 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 10 people, please see our other listings.

    We provide linens, towels, toiletries, bathrobes, a welcome basket with snacks and wine, kitchen pantry items and lots of other goodies for our guests.

    We have two outside security cameras overlooking the garage and driveway area

    We are minutes from shopping, dining and close to public transportation. Only a few minutes drive to the new IU Health Hospital, Indiana University campus, College Mall, and downtown Bloomington. We are also close to Lake Monroe, Lake Lemon and Griffy Lake.
