Relax and enjoy this beautiful mid century modern home located steps from Bryan Park (playgrounds & pool), coffee shops and restaurants, and minutes from Downtown, Memorial Stadium, Assembly Hall, and IU Health Hospital. High speed fiber internet is provided to make working remotely a breeze.
The space
Open concept living, kitchen, and dining rooms with modern furnishings and decor including record player! Smart TV in living room and Amazon Fire Stick enabled TV in primary bedroom give you access to all your streaming apps. Guests can utilize the kitchen stocked with basic pantry items, cookware and bakeware including complimentary Starbucks K-Cups coffee and Tazo tea. The primary bedroom (yellow) has a queen bed with TV and an adjoining bathroom with tub. Bedroom two (red) also features a queen bed. Bedroom three (blue) features a dedicated desk perfect for remote work, along with a twin daybed and trundle. Washer and dryer is located in the garage and available to use for free. A starter pack of Tide laundry detergent pods and Cascade dishwasher pods are complimentary. Enjoy the outdoors in the fully fenced yard with outdoor table for 6.
