We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and away from normal tourist hotels. The breakfast items left were convenient however we had to go buy coffee for coffee maker. We tend to like a cooler room and the windows worked well to allow a cool sleep. My only suggestion would be add an air purifier as the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We bought a candle and it helped. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Amazing place to stay nice and quiet surrounded by wood yet within 15 drive to 2 towns. Love the cabin theme hot tub was awesome just melts your aches away. Thanks for a awesome stay

Peace and quiet

The cabin apartment was very nice. Husband and I had an amazing stay. The hot tub was refreshing and relaxing and very much needed. It was nice and peaceful and no one there but us. We had an amazing time and I hope to come there again.

Overall this was a great place to get away. It was peaceful and nestled amongst some beautiful scenery. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that would've have made it better would've been some homemade breakfast options.

Birthday weekend

It lived up to its name "Quiet". There are two small efficiency apartments Peace and Quiet. We were in Quiet. It was clean, secluded but not isolated. Located between Nashville and Bloomington with sightseeing and shopping nearby. We will rent here again.

Peace & Quiet for sure!

Just a quick getaway between semesters that didn’t take a day to drive to. It was just what I needed! Tucked away from the hustle & bustle of everything with nature surroundings me. We enjoyed the hot tub & just relaxing. Peter was super nice to talk with & willing to make our stay even more enjoyable. I will recommend his properties & looking forward to another getaway in the future.

In town for IU graduation. Nice to be slightly out of Bloomington but close enough to get in. The name of the place was “Quiet” and it defiantly was that (except for the whippoorwills, which was awesome since we don’t really hear them where we live). Perfect way to get away.

"Peace" and "Quiet" certainly are appropriate names for these rooms! Lovely remote location very near the new The Wilds wedding venue. Peter was very helpful.

Peaceful setting

Wanted to take a day trip to Nashville and take in a football game in Bloomington. Was perfect for a 2 day trip. Just like your bedroom setting, except with a small frig and microwave- just enough to eat popcorn in bed! lol!!

Such a beautiful setting

Driving to this cabin was just like driving through Brown County State Park: Absolutely beautiful! We are pretty sure we saw the Milky Way in the night sky, it was so far away from the lights of Bloomington. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet location to get away after a day of visiting Bloomington, Brown County State Park, or Nashville, IN, this is the place!

Worst bed ever

If you like sleeping like 2 hot dogs in one bun, you’ll love this bed, I thought it was the worst I’ve ever slept on and the pillows provided were about a 1/2” thick. There is no thermostat, the owner regulates that. There is a little space heater which helped. The property is very nice and the hot tub was nice minus the glass on the ground.

Absolutely phenomenal service

Susan was so accommodating! I accidentally booked the wrong day and the room we had booked wasn’t ready so she upgraded us with no extra charge! Her communication was superb. It was a very beautiful night that we both enjoyed immensely. We will definitely be coming back and recommending her place to friends and family.

Cute place to stay!

Cute little room underneath the owners property. You have your own entrance and it doesn't feel "strange" at all. Very private feeling, with one other room to be rented next to it. Motel-ish feeling with just one neighbor! Owner was SUPER friendly and accommodating! My only "complaint" (and it has actually nothing to do with the property) is we took a Lyft to the Hard Truth Brewery and could NOT get a Lyft or Uber back. ZERO drivers! So just be sure to have a DD if your going out! :) Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

2 day stay

I loved the room "quiet" it was extreemly clean and quiet and the hot tub was easily accessable and also was clean and nice to hang out in...the only thing that was a bit hard for me was sewell road, its not in the best shape and i drive a sports car with 20 inch rims so i could only go about 10mph up the road till i reached the location but that is not the hosts fault they can not control the condition of the street, other then that it was a wonderful experience and earn 5 stars in all aspects of my stay...if you read the reviews and are planning to stay there next the gps is not accurate it will take you a bit past it so if you remeber when you see a camper on the right side then it is the sec9nd driveway on the left side right after the driveway with the black fence....thank you for the stay!

Peace & Quiet definitely fits this property!

The place is absolutely beautiful and looks very new. It’s super-clean and it’s very cozy and welcoming. Everything was just as described, and the property is very quiet and somewhat secluded among lots of beautiful trees and hills. Communication with Suzanne was superb, I felt awful about having to call her on a Saturday night, but on my way to the property I lost Google maps and couldn’t even recover email to look for the address. I accidentally wandered onto a neighbor’s property, who was very nice and told me which direction to go. Suzanne called me back very quickly and gave me step-by-step directions. (Which I would have seen if I had read the check-in email ahead of time, so that was my bad!) I arrived when it was almost completely dark, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the outdoor parts of the property very much. I would definitely visit again! The property and the hosts are awesome, thanks so much Suzanne & Peter for a wonderful stay!

Romantic getaway
