Bird-watching books and binoculars provided to spot eagles! A short drive to Bloomington, the condo is the ideal for visiting IU while enjoying a relaxing weekend. FREE State Park pass, pickleball paddles/balls provided (must reserve a court).

The condo is conveniently located for fishing at Lake Monroe. The complex is very quiet and the condo balcony looked out onto a beautiful wooded area perfect for bird watching. Very nice place to stay!
