"always comfortable to be at the hotel. Our little dogs actually know the place, and treat it as their home away from home. The staff knows us, our dogs, and treat us great. The area is safe, no rowdy partiers, and is it quiet. Also the bed is comfortable. "
"I am giving 5 star because the African American lady at the registration office. I think her name was La Price. is very competent. Hotels.com somehow forgot to include my name on the itinerary. The other Gentleman at front could have fixed it, but did not. Instead, he asked me to contact Hotels.com, but this lady understood the underlying issue and was eager to resolve it competently. She even waived the nightly parking fees. Thank you so much "
"I stayed here for 10 days while in town for an event. As a single female traveller, I can say I felt safe & my experience was good. The building isn't fancy & you can tell they are in the middle of a remodel, but despite a the cosmetic imperfections--everything was clean & functional.,I had plenty of hot water & good water pressure. It was great having a kitchen & good sized fridge and I enjoyed cooking. I did bring my own dishes & utensils, after reading the reviews. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & I was very comfortable there. . The front desk was also very helpful & friendly as well if I needed anything. "
